    Default Engine temp vvt

Cant decide if a have a problem or not. Car was running cool so replaced the stat with a genuine one, now warms up as it should but gauge sits on 90 to 92 with the hidden menu saying temp is running from 90 to about 102. Does this sound about normal, cooling fan comes of and on ok and cars doesnt boil over etc. Car spends alot of time going backwards and forwards to italy so if theres a problem its alot easier to get it sorted here! I did notice on the autovaux website the stat is listed as 105 centigrade. Might be nothing?
