Think you will struggle with the rears. The 5*110 will fit, but will need wobble bolts. Are they from a VAG or merc? If VAG youll need to get the centres bored (unless there aftermarket when you may be ok).

Think im correct in saying subaru wont fit

rite wee up date the lads got back to me about the alloys heres what he says

wheels are 9 inch wide with a 2.5 inch lip, the rears are 10 inch wide with a 3.5 inch lip

now im wondering if 10 inch will just be to wide i think the 225/25/18 id get away with on the vec but id need to change the 265/35/18 rears but is a 10 inch wide wheel to wide for the vec?

rite just did a pcd on gogle an
    Calibra/Vectra 5 Sd 92 to 02 5x110 35 to 45 56.1 so they will fit? now the q is what
tyre sizes are best for the rear? 225/25/18 so they are the same all round and would they sit on the 10 inch wide rim ok ? or would the 10 inch wide rim rub the arches or the rear shocks?

225/25 are the wrong size for the vec,you need a 40 profile at least, one they'll put your speedo out and two it'll look like a 4x4 because the tyre to arch gap will increase. The fronts should be a 245 minimum on a 9" rim,the rears the size fitted is ok,have no idea if they'll fit on the car though.
