Bluetooth parrot help

Hi guys,

Not sure if it's my kit that is playing up or the phone but here goes:

Every time I get a phone call I pick it up by on the handsfree kit and I cannot hear anybody but they can hear me, it's only after saying hello for about 10-15 seconds that I suddenly hear the person on the other end.

I played with the settings on the bluetooth kit and this didn't help. The only thing I've found at the moment is to leave the phone to ring for a few times then pick up and it works

What am I doing wrong guys??

Do you really thank that is the problem mate? Is it going to cure it?

yep = go onto the parrot forum there have been ongoing issues with connectivity - what version of the firmware are you on ?

its displayed on the phone as the parrot kit type and then v11.3 for example = what model have you got then i will tell you the latest firmware??

The parrot says version 4.20c it's a CK3100 LCD.

I've had a quick look online and the latest version I can find is 4.21

My carkit didn't work at first with my Nokia 6230i, but after I installed the latest software for the phone, all was working smooth.
