How long and what temperature in the oven did you use to help seperate the light casing?
cant be done m8 the clear plastic fronts would melt before the glue and there is wiring inside the light
With my astra i did them on the lowest which is 60* i think... worked fine.

Here you go, i've done this one and it's not hard but takes time to get the clear covers off, and patience ! Well woworth it though. There's a How2 for removing the front bumper too

i colour coded and also slightly tinted my astra G one's...piece of pish if they are warm.....
why not just buy SRI lights from a breaker. I know one here and i'll price them tomorrow and see if its worth buying rather than making.
