    Question Vectra Servicing?

Hey lads had a look round but could not find anything that could entirely answer my questions but i plan on servicing my 2006 facelift vectra for the first time and was wondering is there anything specific i should look at it or any tips when servicing it? i have serviced diesel cars before just not one as new as my vectra so was just wondering is there much of a difference..

id appreciate any comments on this,

    thanks..

I'm sure you can buy a "Service Pack" for circa £20 -£25.

This includes:- air filter, fuel filter, oil filter, and spark plugs. iirc

Unless under a third party warranty, then use synthetic 10W40 oil
The only other parts you will need for servicing are oil filter, pollen filter, air filter, and fuel filter
If the car is at 60K miles then it may be a v-belt and/or cambelt change as well

Check the suspension and steering thoroughly, ideally on a lift, if you don't have access to one a local mechanic should do this for about £20
Equally, you really want to check the brake pad and disc measurements (especially the rear)

Get a good socket preferably 6 sided for that sump plug. Get a new sump plug (believe 13mm)
