Was getting bored of the plain black so i got some Avery Vinyl from a mate of mine its very flexiable and very thin sticks very well to will post some pics when fitted

just gently prise them off mate

does the same go for the dash trim that goes over the top of the dashboard and over the glovebox?

With the carbon vinyl i've tried it on my old vec B and found it hard to do curves on this trim the vinyl i used was very feliable it was if i stretched it over the corners im waiting for my mate to send a pic of his golf that we done in the same vinyl on the doors etc
