vectra c radiator replacement ?

hi there is there a how to on changing radiator on my vectra c . thers is an air con rad in front first. what do i do to get the rad out . can i leave the air con rad in . any help would be great

through the front. Take bumper off and move the a/c rad to the side then take it out the front. You could get a a/c copany to empty it then refil when its done

When I did mine I took it out from underneath, I used some cable ties to hold the air-con unit in place. There are a few well awkward screws to get at, and a good set of hose clamp pliers will come in handy.

Get someone to give you a hand when your ready to actually take it out, as it's a bit fidly otherwise.

as frenchman says take it out downhill it saves having to have aircon regassed. (saves you £40 or £50)

ok well doing it in the morning will have a look hope its not raining again . so can it not pull towards me and just disconnect it from the front one then slide it up ?
