Default got the car back from vx

got the car back from vauxhall today after fitting my CIM that the other dealer i bought the car from payed for, 107 for the fitment as im in the trade, all good, i also wanted them to check out a coolant leak i had as silly me i thought surely the AA warrenty must cover it, no they dont cover seals or gaskets, im wondering what DO they cover, anyway the man at vx said it needs an o ring where it bolts to the block, i knew this already but he wanted 98 for them to fit it, i kindly asked how much the part was and he said 2.40, i replyed no its ok ill buy the part and fit it myself!!

anyway on a lighter note i wasnt expecting them to top up the cooland but they did, nice and it seems toped the oil up, nice one matey! maybe he has a vec or something and topped it up for me, id do the same to a car i liked at work and wouldnt tell my boss lol, so not all bad really, thanks for reading

£96 round these parts would only be 1 hours labour with the VAT on it.

Funny that as they paid for my alternator last year £460 and id only taken cover out 3 weeks, because my 3 yr warranty finished on the car. All warrantys have there own rules, there good when they cover you, but crap when they don't.
