Default Thats another years ticket :)

2004, 53 plate SRi MOT pass 2 Advisories, oil mist on nearside shock and nearside track rod slight play. I'm happy with that. Its only failed its MOT once and that was its first MOT at VX, the failure was that the OE indicator bulb wasn't orange enough ..... So in my 5 years of ownership the car has only cost me £60 for second hand stock twin back boxes and 2 drop links other than service parts. With a pair of shocks and track rod ends I still find that very acceptable.

Its a good job however that £8500 worth of work was all covered by warranty in its first 3 years

The Mrs had hers this morning, straight through, not bad for a BMW Mini, only advised that there was slight corrosion on the back box.......... and he did say it was one of the cleanest cars he has worked on, she told him i have CCD ( Car Cleaning Disorder)

Still on original disks @ 65k so think a full set will be in order some time this year but its only the rears that have heavy wear on them. Although i'm looking to change cars this year and a Focus ST is very high on my list.

Yea, the Astra VXR might have the power over the St but I wast something a little more understated and the Ford looks more sturdy and solid IMO. This is the only mainstreem Ford I have ever really liked, as a kid my old man was give a Maroon Diesel Orion and that put me off Fords for life.

LOL, If I had a garage then I might think about it, but looking at the dark blue similar you yours, round our way it would attract to many little scrotes in orange.
