    Question dump valve

    hey guys,
    just bought a 53 plate 2.0T, any 1 know how to fit a dump valve?
    my mate had a look, he thinks there should be a vacum pipe coming off the inlet of the inter cooler?
    any ideas


    cheers guys

    plus any 1 know if the z20net has a timing chain or belt

    The Z20NET is a chain mate.

    I'm sure there is a how 2 for fitting a dump valve on here.

    yeah just seen the picture guide, and a kit off ebay, should be straight 4 ward now thanks.

    its easy enough, jus buy the kit for the vectra, take off old recirc valve, put blacking plate onto hole left by recirc valve, cut hose going to intercooler, fit t piece and dump valve, fit vacuum pipe to dump valve, job done!
