    Default Quick qestion

I was cleaning my center console this morning when i accidentally pressed the button with the "running man" symbol on it. Anything to do with the car's security?

    thanks.

If i remember correctly it turns the interior sensors and tilt sensors off for the alarm, but keeps the other ones on (if someone puts a window out for example). Its for when you have a dog in the car and your just popping into the shop. It stops the dog setting off the alarm.

When you put you key in the ignition again everything returns back to normal.

it tells you in your manual

    Hope this helps

Yes that alarm button has a "one shot" operation. Where it reverts back to normal next time you put the ignition on.
