Default Loss of Power / Turbo Lag?

Ever since the low tempereatures, and mass amounts of snow, I've noticed that my 06 plate 1.9 CDTI 120 is running like crap.

Basically below 2000 rpm, it feels like the fuel line has been cut, then once you hit 2000, it just belts off. I thought it may just be the cold, but it is still like it after 20-30 minutes.

My old Vec b ended up like this, just before I sold it, so I never found out what the problem was.

    Any ideas?

    Cheers

car has adapted to the slow driving style during the snow, if the snow has gone give it some beans for a few miles hopefully thats all it is as your car is 2006 the car adapts to your driving style.

    Seconded.
Sirk696 you have exactly the same symptoms as the fault that I have just diagnosed on my 1.9CDTi 150 and my fault is a P0400 EGR Valve Malfunction.
You can either clean the valve or get it replaced.
