There's quite a few posts on here with inforrmation on how to clean the washer pump filter.

Use the search function at the top right and type in something like 'clean washer filter' and have a read through the likely-looking entries in the results.

I had the same last week, it turned out to be the small plastic elbows that come out of your washer pump behind the wheel arch. I removed them and discovered that each elbow has a very small non return rubber valve like a dummy, that had wedged too far in, I used a needle and removed the tiny washer that holds it in and then removed the dummy and re inserted. Works like new again.
Hope it is something as simple as that.

My washers are on a go-slow again, so it looks like I'll be checking the pump filter again this weekend. I'd not heard of this problem with the elbows before, so I'll give that a check as well while I'm under there.

I would give it a go first, I faffed around with everything else first and it was the last thing I checked, easy to take off and blow through to see if there is any resistance.
