Uv blinds

Hi i have a set of uv blinds for the vec c hatch and have had it tinted so am thinking of selling them. the thing is that i used the clips so the sticky tabs dont stick anymore is it possible to take the tabs of and replace them with something else to fit, if i can then what should i use to stick them with.

remove the old sticky pads and then replace it with some double sided body tape from any halfords \ motorworld..stick it on and then trim off excess with a stanley knife.....job done
