There's usually an option in the camera for picture size... for smaller pics, look for sizes around 1024x768, or you can use prog such as adobe photoshop for reduction of existing pics. Theres a freebee called picassa which is rather good which'll also do this...and an xp app for doing it but I cant remember the link.. have a look on microsoft and search for XP powertoys

I think with photoshop,, if you export the picture ( rather than save as ), you can adjust the size in k, theres a slider thingy which changes the resolution a little and you can choose the format of the end picture...i may be wrong but have a look
Try:
Ulead SmartSaver Pro

I find this very easy to use... resize convert and compress all in one go.
Using Photoshop:
To resize an Image: Click [Image] in the menu bar, then [Image Size]. This wil allow you to choose whatever size you want i.e 800x600 etc.
To reduce file size: Click [File] then [Save For Web]. This will give you an optimiser tool to allow you to reduce the file size but not necessarily the quality of the image.
Good luck.
Thanks Guys....got It Sorted...now Just Need To Work Out How To Get Pics Up On Here Now....
Hope This Works!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11
