my headlight glass looks very grubby from the outside any way in which you can clean the inside lens or are they a sealed unit what product would be best to use to bring them up new without buying new ones thanks

As for cleaning the inside, the polycarbonate lenses are glued on. IIRC, put in an oven to soften up the bond, but you risk melting the whole headlight assembly.

You can use a dremel to cut the glue off and so gain access to the back of the glass. Do so at your own peril though
