Default Fault code P0382 and P1565. Anyone..??

    Hi

Spannerlight came on and I got it Tech 2´ed by a m8.

P0382 - Glow Plug Heater Circuit Malfunction

but on this site P0382 is says:

P0382 - Exhaust Gas Recirculation Flow Malfunction.

Which one is the correct one???

    and

P1565 - Speed Control Command Switch Out Of Range High.

Could anyone point me in the right direction or even tell what is in need of being change.

    The car is a Vectra C 2004 3,0 V6 CDTi Y30DT

I have noticed that is has started to smoke a little black since the spanner came on. Is feels like it is going a little rough/hard. But stil have power, so no "limp mode".

    Thanks

P0382 is the fault you have written down.. not the other...

The other (exhaust gas ... is P0400)

Normaly the P0382 is the relay thats at fault.. but could be wiring thats something wrong with..

The last one.. dont have a clue...

The relay should be lokated in the fusebox.. (silver relay) or not relay you got home?

He he just changed the silver big relay... We took it all apart arond the batteri. No silver relay were to be found.

We then found out that there should be a relay behind the radiator. We took the frontbumper of the car, and just beside the powersteering fluid container the relay was mounted.
We changed it but still spannerlight... We also found out that there is a small white relay beside the engine fusebox underneath the left fender.. So now I have to get that relay changed also..

I am off to look at an 56palte VXR caravan in Arden Blue with 60.000miles on it tomorrow... I am a bit excited

Just changed the white relay in the little box beside the engine fusebox... Nothing changes...

Now it can only be the glow plugs or??

I can not do the swapping with the VXR before the faultcode is gone..

We are about to check glowplugs tomorrow if one of them should be broken... I hope so...

    Any suggestion is welcome...
